Learn how websites and web applications are built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. In this course, you work step by step on the basics of web development: from the structure of web pages and styling to interactive elements with JavaScript.
At Winc Academy, you learn fully online and hands-on. You work on assignments and projects, get guidance from instructors and study coaches, and build a final project in which you combine HTML, CSS and JavaScript into one working web project. You work where and when it suits you.
You start with an introduction to Winc, the course and how you learn to build for the web step by step. You also get to know AI and prompt engineering, so you can use AI tools consciously while you learn.
In this module, you learn to build the structure of web pages with HTML. You discover how the internet, servers, hosting and browsers work together, and then learn step by step how to structure content on a web page properly.
With CSS, you give web pages their look. In this module, you learn how to style HTML elements, how selectors work and how to build pages visually with colors, spacing, layouts and the box model.
In this module, you learn to program with JavaScript. You start with the basics of programming and work step by step towards logic, interaction, data, loops, arrays and objects.
You finish the course with a final project in which you combine HTML, CSS and JavaScript into a working web project. Here you show that you can not only build and style a web page, but also make it interactive with JavaScript.
