If you have complaints about Winc Academy (e.g. about the course, teaching materials, teachers), please send an email to learneradmin@wincacademy.nl. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 weeks.
Within 4 weeks, there will be a response to your message. This complaint will be treated confidentially. If you do not take treatment, you will be notified within 4 weeks. The complaint will be dealt with in 6 weeks by an independent employee.
If a longer period of time is required to investigate, you will be informed within this fixed period, explaining the delay. In addition, you will receive an indication when we can come to an answer.
If at any time you believe that your complaint is not being dealt with appropriately, you have the option to escalate the matter by filing an appeal with the Foundation for Education Disputes Committee to which we are affiliated through our membership with the NRTO. They will offer an unbiased solution that is binding on Winc Academy. Any Consequences will be dealt with within two weeks. Your complaint will be kept for one year.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the privacy regulator. In the Netherlands, this is the Data Protection Authority.
