Front End Development

A Front-end Developer is involved in developing and designing modern, fast and user-friendly websites. For example, a Front-end Developer ensures that websites function on various devices, operating systems and browsers. At the same time, a Front-end Developer takes into account, for example, the loading time of a website and the findability in search engines.

With a diploma in your pocket, you can work as a Front-end Developer at IT consultancy firms, marketing agencies or in the ICT departments of large and small companies. Due to digitization, Front-End Developers are very popular. The average salary of a junior Front-end Developer is therefore around 3000 euro per month. But here's the thing: the more experience and knowledge you build up, the more this can become. An Experienced Front-End Developer Earns an average of 4000 euro per month!

Back-end Development

As a Back-End Developer, you work at the back of websites and web shops and develop programs and apps. You focus on the software, servers, databases and operating systems that support websites and ensure that they function properly. For example, a Back-End Developer can focus on processes such as registering new users, implementing payment methods, reading news from a database, but also the operation of a complete management system.

Once you have been trained as a Back-End Developer, you can work at IT consultancy firms, IT product teams, or in the ICT departments of large and small companies. Because there are not many Back-End Developers, they are very popular in the business community. As a result, the average salary of a starting Back-End Developer is between 2400 and 3000 euro per month. The average monthly salary of a Back-End Developer is quickly between 3700 and 4200 euro. An experienced Back-end Developer makes a lot of money, where the amounts can amount to up to 5000 to 6000 euro per month!

Full-stack Development

As a Full-stack Developer, you provide the complete package of web application development, from design to technology. At the front of websites, web shops, programs or apps, you make sure everything looks good and at the back, you make sure everything works properly.

As a Full-stack Developer, just like Front-end Developer and Back-End Developer, you can work at IT consultancy firms, marketing agencies or in the ICT departments of large and small companies. But thanks to the broad knowledge of a Full-stack Developer, you can be deployed very flexibly within these companies for various projects, which makes Full-stack Developers very popular. The average salary of a Junior Full-stack Developer is between 2500 and 3600 euro per month! The average monthly salary of an experienced Full-stack Developer is certainly not bad either, which is around 3500 and 5000 per month!
